What is
Yacht Collective?

We combine boat sales with personal advisory. We build a community around boating. We’re growing a modern culture of life on the water in Poland.

Klaudia & Tomasz - founders of Yacht Collective

Buying a boat is a decision for years to come. That’s why we only choose brands we own ourselves or would want to.

Experience on the water

We are boat owners ourselves, members of a yacht club, and we regularly test dozens of boats. Everything we recommend, we have personally tested.

Considered selection

For the Yacht Collective range we choose, above all, brands with a clear character, genuine points of difference and something more to offer than another variant of what is already on the local market. The common denominator is always an uncompromising blend of quality, functionality and aesthetics. We favour good design and well-thought-out solutions we can put our name to with full conviction.

Mission
We know that stepping into the world of boating can seem harder than it really is. We once asked the same questions and looked for straight answers. That’s why our work together is built on honesty, transparency and genuine support. We don’t gloss over the costs or the responsibilities of owning a boat. We help you understand the options, avoid the common pitfalls, reduce the stress and choose, step by step, a solution matched to how you really want to use the water.

We believe boating can be more than a weekend plan. It can become a natural part of everyday life as a way to spend time, unwind and be closer to the water. As infrastructure develops and lifestyles in Poland change, that perspective is becoming ever more real.
Water Lifestyle Atlas
Discovering Poland has always been one of our passions. We travel a lot, looking for good hotels, restaurants and places worth returning to. Since we started boating, we often see them from a new perspective. Water Lifestyle Atlas is our own project combining a map of waterways with personal stories, trusted recommendations and practical knowledge. We share advice on safety, on getting the most out of your boat and on equipment that makes time on the water more comfortable and enjoyable.

We want to inspire people to discover our country from the water and to show that boating doesn’t require a change of lifestyle. It can become a natural extension of it and the beginning of a new passion.

Why
Cooper?

A Dutch tender among the exclusive brands at Yacht Collective

We don’t represent dozens of manufacturers. Every brand goes through a careful, multi-stage selection. Cooper Yachts is our first choice. It’s a boat we plan to use for years.

Day cruising

Perfect for family cruises and weekends with friends. The deck seats up to 10 people, with the helm at the centre of the action. A comfortable layout, elegant design and low running costs also make the Cooper an interesting base for commercial use, from premium cruises and transfers to individual crewed charters.

Design and finish

Natural teak and chromed details are timeless elements of classic yachting, combined with craftsmanship, elegance and a high standard of finish. The Dutch design is built on clean, sporty lines and an open deck.

Ease of handling

The Cooper is designed to make helming and handling as intuitive as possible. A bow thruster, fixed fender attachment points, an ergonomic deck layout and well-engineered, reliable mechanisms support the helm during manoeuvres, mooring and everyday use.

dimensions and transport

At 8.3 m long and 2.35 m wide, the Cooper 800 can be transported on a standard boat trailer, with no need for oversize transport. That makes it easy to change waters and gives you more freedom to use the boat across Poland.

Reliable propulsion

The inboard Yanmar diesel engine offers refined running, durability and simple servicing. At cruising speed, conversation on deck remains comfortable.

Optionally, the Cooper can be fitted with a hybrid drive for quiet, electric-powered cruising, for example in marinas and in zones with noise or emission restrictions.

Economy

At 18–20 knots, average fuel consumption is around 10–11 l/h, while petrol engines of similar performance often burn 20–30 l/h. The Yanmar engine requires servicing every 250 engine hours, helping to limit downtime during the season.

Generous standard specification

The Cooper comes generously equipped as standard, including features that on many boats require extra packages. That keeps configuration simpler and the final purchase cost more predictable.

Suited to local waters

We spent our first season on the Bay of Gdańsk, the Motława, the Vistula and in Masuria. A shallow draught of around 55 cm makes rivers, lakes and shallower waters comfortable to explore. It also fits well with the growth of urban waterfront infrastructure and developments with private marinas.

FAQ

Frequently
asked questions

We’ve gathered answers to the questions that come up most often before choosing and buying a boat.

Haven't found your answer?
We start choosing a boat by defining how it will be used: the waters, the number of people on board, planned routes, expected speed and comfort, and the budget. Only then do we recommend the right model, engine and configuration. With Cooper Yachts, we help you choose between the Cooper 680 and Cooper 800, among others.
No. At Yacht Collective we also support people who are just beginning their adventure with boating and motor yachts. We explain how to use the boat, provide guidance on operation and the key aspects of running it, and prepare the owner to use the boat independently. As an additional service we also offer individual owner support, including help with logistics or choosing the right marina.

In Poland, driving a motor yacht with an engine above 10 kW requires a licence. The basic qualification is the motorboat helmsman licence, which entitles you to drive motor yachts on inland waters and boats with a hull length of up to 12 m on coastal waters up to 2 nautical miles from shore, in daylight. Longer sea passages may require higher qualifications. When choosing a boat, we also help determine which qualifications you’ll need for how you plan to use it.

Lead time depends on the chosen model, configuration and the shipyard’s current production schedule. Before you place an order, we confirm the expected production and delivery dates and outline the next stages.
Yes. We can support the whole process from order to first use, including documentation, transporting the boat (in the case of Cooper Yachts, from the Netherlands), preparing for handover and arranging launching. The scope of support is agreed individually, depending on where the boat will be used.
Yes. Our relationship doesn’t end at handover. We help during the first period of ownership and answer questions about operation and running the boat. The scope of care is matched to where the boat is used and moored. For owners of boats purchased at Yacht Collective, we arrange local technical and service support in Poland.
Yes. The Cooper 800 is available for individual viewings and test cruises in Gdańsk. We arrange the time on the water individually. Get in touch for details.

The base price of a new Cooper 800 with the 110 hp Yanmar engine, according to the 2026 price list, starts from EUR 82,000 net.

The price of the Cooper 800 currently on display is EUR 91,000 net in 2026.

Contact the Yacht Collective team for the current price list and a detailed offer. We’ll prepare a new boat configuration to the owner’s individual requirements.

Depending on the buyer’s situation, the purchase can be financed, for example through leasing. We help you through the process and coordinate financing with the purchase and configuration.

The total cost of ownership includes not only fuel but also a marina berth, winter storage, insurance, inspections, servicing and routine maintenance. These costs depend on the waters, how intensively you use the boat and the model you choose. At purchase, we help estimate the true annual running cost of a specific configuration.

Fuel consumption depends on the engine, the boat’s load, conditions and cruising speed. In our Cooper 800 configuration with the 110 hp Yanmar engine, cruising at around 18-20 knots, consumption is around 10-11 litres of diesel per hour. In calmer day cruising, city cruises or commercial use at lower speeds, consumption can be around 3-4 l/h.

Optionally, the Cooper can be fitted with a hybrid drive for quiet, electric-powered cruising, for example in marinas and zones with noise or emission restrictions. In certain conditions this reduces the use of the combustion engine and fuel consumption, making running the boat even more economical.

The Cooper 800 is the larger and most popular of the two Cooper Yachts models currently offered by Yacht Collective. It is 8.30 m long, while the Cooper 680 measures 7.20 m. Both models are 2.35 m wide with a draught of around 0.55 m. The Cooper 680 is more compact, while the Cooper 800 offers more deck space and works better with more people on board.

The Cooper 680 won the “Boat of the Year 2020” title as a boat particularly well suited to Dutch waters.

Cooper Yachts is a Dutch motor boat brand founded in 2009. The shipyard specialises in sporty semi-custom tenders combining distinctive Dutch design, functionality and extensive personalisation options. The current range includes the Cooper 680, Cooper 800 and Cooper 34.

The Cooper 800 performs well in both private and commercial use. A shallow draught of around 55 cm allows the use of rivers, lakes, city marinas and shallower waters. We spent our Cooper 800’s first season on the Bay of Gdańsk, the Motława, the Vistula and in Masuria, testing the boat in a range of conditions and on varied waters.

A comfortable deck layout, elegant design and relatively low running costs also make the Cooper 800 an interesting base for premium cruises, transfers, crewed charters, hotels, waterfront developments and private-marina projects. The choice of boat should always take into account the specific waters, weather conditions and intended use.

At Yacht Collective we also support clients interested in commercial use of the Cooper 800. From choosing the right configuration and location to developing the business case, sales model, marketing and promotion.
